Silicon Rose and the Risk Action Products move to
Jakeman Business Solutions
It is
with great pleasure that we advise that Jakeman Business Solutions
Pty Ltd (JBS) is the new owner and distributor of the Risk Action
range of products. As you may know, Silicon Rose and Odinn
Intelligence recently went into administration. JBS was, however,
able to purchase all of the business assets of these companies with
a view to continuing to support their existing clients, as well as
take the products to the next level.
JBS
is a specialist business strategy and management company. We have
expertise in a range of security, risk management, and business
management areas, including previously developing and publishing the
inaugural Security Risk Management Body of Knowledge (SRMBOK). We
are committed to providing you excellence in service and will
continue to maintain and improve the quality of the Risk Action
product. JBS is confident that it is well placed in understanding
and providing continued support on your risk management needs.
Our
commitment to you and the Risk Action suite of products is reflected
in our intention to regularly revise and update the current tools.
Indeed, clients can now download a Vista-ready version of the Risk
Action products from the website (www.riskaction.com),
and we are scheduled to update the interfaces and backend databases,
as well as release new networked versions of Enterprise Risk Action
in May-June 2009. These products will not only allow organisations
to store and compare ‘risk libraries’ of information and assessments
between different events and sites, but will also be fully compliant
with the soon-to-be-released ISO 31000 Risk Management standards. We
also intend to commence a closer engagement with the user community
in order to gain your feedback on how the products can be better
developed.
